I have a lot in South Tampa and considering having a custom home built. Does anyone know of a good builder?

I don't know any specific builders but I have a lot in Spring Hills that I haven't been able to sell and am considering specing a house as well. I would be interested in your experience.
I was referred to a SIP manufacturer who will design the house and build the panels then arrange for a local builder to put it up but I haven't followed through. Maybe it would be something you would be interested in. I believe they are in the North Port area but am not sure!
