Well, there's Kill Bill Vol 1 & 2. I loved them! I am a huge fan of Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction. You could always go online and search for Quentin Terantino films. I know there are a bunch of them. Oh! Jackie Brown is one of his, good movie! I also like The Boondock Saints, it's kind along the lines of Pulp Fiction. The movie, Memento is shot in a backwards sequence if that's what your boyfriend likes about Q.T. films!

If he can laugh at people dying, he might like Final Destination 2. Some of the most hilarious deaths ever. Also Snakes on a Plane, but that isn't on video yet. And it has been said, but Kill Bill is pretty great, too. Kill Bill Vol 1 has a huge bodycount.
For the twisty tied togetherness of Pulp Fiction, I'd recommend 11:14 (or maybe it's 11:41 but I think it is 11:14). "Go" is like that too, as is Crash, and a kiddie film called Hoodwinked.
If he likes QT, he might also like David Lynch. Try Mulholland Drive, Lost Highway, and Blue Velvet. Blue Velvet is particularly Tarantinoish.

Pulp Fiction is a lot greater useful because of the fact it is going on a philosophical point besides as relaxing. Samuel L Jackson and John Travolta are a dream team. don't get me incorrect i enjoyed reservoir canines yet by utilising far pulp fiction is Tarantinos maximum suitable action picture.

From Dusk til Dawn stars Quentin Tarantino it was a crazy movie about two escape killers run to Mexico and waiting ti get paid but have to stay over night at a wild, biker trucker bar. Can't tell you the rest. It's pretty scary.
Also get Jackie Brown with Pam Grier and Samuel L. Jackson it was a great movie about gun dealers.

Assault on Precinct 13 (the 1976 version by John Carpenter. Tarantino's favorite movie).
Heat
Glengarry Glen Ross. If he likes Tarantino, he'll like Mamet.
To Live And Die In LA. One of the best action movies from the eighties.
