Nononono...it's the volume of the cylinders in cubic centimetres. Nothing to do with oil or gas....sheesh I had to break character for this!

the guy below phrased it exactly, the area covered in the cylinders by the movement of the pistons.

Thats the volume capacity of the gas tank.
cc is cubic centimeters..........calulated by the depth, width and height of the tank.
