With the slide that the team has been in lately, it is definitely going to be tough. Of course, as we saw on Saturday night, the standings can shift pretty quick. All it itakes is one of those right above him to have a bad night and Kasey could move up.
I actually think they will make it considering the two tracks that are left, but he is going to have to have help from somebody else.

No, because Dale Jr is doing better & Mark Martin should rebound in the next to races to keep his spot. I had thought Jeff Burton would fall out & Kahne would get in, but his good finish Friday means he only has to hold serve now.

Doesn't look like it. Kasey's having a bit of bad luck these days, so it's hard to tell.But I have hope for him!
