not necessarily. a friend of mine had the same problem for her she can never have children. It was a hormone imbalance that was her mams to produce milk and leak. you may want to pay a visit to your gynecologist just to be on the safe side.

If your breasts are leaking, and you don't even have a stomach showing and many missed periods, then maybe there is something wrong with the breasts themselves. It strange liquid is coming out and you are or not (probably not) pregnant since you're not ready to have a child, see a doctor ASAP. It might be some kind of infection or something wrong.

If your breast are tender when you apply heat or when you shower and the leakage is thin clear yellowish then it is a stong possible yes but take a preg-no test to be sure.or it could be hormonal changes with your body as well.

Well, I would think that if your breasts are leaking that you probably are UNLESS you have another kid already, then it could be something hormonal. You might want to go see a doctor either way.

raven e is the only correct answer you do not lactate until after the birth, get yourself checked as if you are lactating you could have a brain tumor as this is another symptom of a tumor on the pituitary gland, and also if you were lactating you would know not just your boyfriend as you can feel it and it often hurts

these girls that are saying you only lactate AFTER the baby...that's wrong..have you ever had a child, because that happens before you have the baby..usually around the 6th month.
