I have heard on the news that there are about 15 mental exercises which if you practice every day, your brain never gets lazy, even if you get old. But I don't know how to learn more about these exercises. Can you help me?

I found a game that gives the players' minds a workout.

It has 15 exercises in 5 subject areas. It will be available 9/15/06 for £15. (UK)

The subject areas are Math, Spaces, Deduction, Memory and Words. The game tracks development over weeks and months.

Enjoy!
