Bulgogi (A traditional Korean food) -- It's so great! You take a lettuce leaf and put a tiny bit of rice on it, little pieces of garlic, a little bit of green pepper (they look like jalapenos-but not quite the same taste or hotness), some red pepper paste, some kimchi (to taste), and then the barbecued beef (that you grill yourself right in front of you) and dip the beef into a sesame oil and coarse salt mixture. Then you kind of roll it up into a ball and kind of shove it into your mouth. All of the tastes together are just amazing!! Its not only a great and fun food to eat, but it's definitely an experience that everyone should enjoy at least once!!!

If you would like a recipe or more information on how to make
and eat this incredible food, just contact me and I will help you.
By the way---this can be a fun (and romantic) food to eat with your special someone.....
