sure pal. its really cool. it has gained huge popularity wherever it has been introduced, the reason, why ICC is forcing BCCI to launch it in INDIA.they rigtly hope that it will b big hit which will bring them huge revenue.
the historic is the same as why ODI is more thrilling than tests, where one gets to showcase his class.
as the generation moves by, exterme action sports r gaining popularity, so will 20-20 as it will b fast n furious.
it is sure to bring extra viewers as it will b less time cosuming n a fast n quick entertainment.
watch out. 20-20 is going to rock.
i m eagerly waiting to see d likes of pollock n macgrath being thrashed all over d ground.

20-20 can be exiting at times, but the 50 over ODI is the real form of the game.In reality,if we take a look at the shots played in the 20-20,we come to know that there are very few cricketing shots played. In the ODI the batsmen as well as the baller have enough time to plan thier innings and play sensively. In the 20-20 the batsmen has no option but to hit the ball and score runs as quick as possible.

The recently concluded Stanford 20/20 series in Antigua pumped so much life into problem-plagued West Indian cricket, now under the autocratic leadership of the game's leading primma- donna and his acolytes on the W.I. cricket board that they are at this moment trying to undermine the U.S$5,000,000 winner take all between Stanford's 20/20 West Indian and the South African 20/20 side.
After meeting with the W.I. Cricket board, R. A. Stanford hired all the past West Indies Cricket greats as advisers and Board Members. They steered him through the process, arranged meetings with the West indies cricket Board, the I.C.C and the South Africa Cricket Board. He even awaited the conclusion of Antigua's Carnival before scheduling the final. Now the West Indies cricket Board is scheduling a match with Pakistan at the same time as the South Africa West Indies 20/20 clash? Take it from me. It will take the completion of the world cup and the retiring of the West Indies most losing cricket captain for us to see the return of the West indies glory gays. In the meantime, judging from the back to back flights that streamed into Antigua for the semi-finals and finals of the Standford 20/20 game, not even the limited ODI's are half as exciting. I was in Barbados and flew up to Antigua for the semi-final game but couldn't stay for the final. Such a pity.

Yes, Of Course.
20-20 is shorter and more exciting than ODIs, and people don't have to waste 7-8 hours of their time like before. It is also high-scoring and fun to watch.
You may argue that it is gruelling on the bowlers, but it is good for them as they can mentally prepare to get thrashed in ODIs without losing their cool, and knowing what to do.
It will be good for training our bowlers to cope up against Shahid Afridi and the likes.

no. but i will like to keep both. odi 's much more relaxing for the batsmen an d bowlers as they can bat much better. in 20-20 crikcet there's a lot of scoring and troublesome for some players. nto only these two but even test cric ket should continue
