which is more comfortable. a sports bra or a straped bra or a strapless bra and WHY?

Sports bra is the most comfortable because it gives you support and it's usually firm but does not irritate you. No underwire, nothing that can dig in. The downside is that it makes you look flat, and you cannot wear it with stuff that has an open neckline. It does not look good even with tighter tees, because it shows through and you can look squished.
Straped bras are good. If you are not used to wearing one, try with soft invisible cups (smooth, hidden underwire or padding). You can wear them with just about anything.
I save strapless bras for going out, wearing certain pieces of clothing or special occasions. I do not find them too comfy, because I have a small waist and rib cage and a large chest, and they always feel kind of weird, unless they are more expensive brand. However, I assume that you're a teenager, so if you have a smaller chest, you can try them.
When I was flatter, I could never get over my fear that the strapless bra will end on the floor, and now I worry that if it fits my rib cage right and does not fall, my chest will pop out. They are nice looking, but not too comfy.
Sports bra wins in the comfort category, straped bra in the versatility.

Everyone is different depending on what you like not all females are the same. I think sports bra are more comfortable but if I am going to work I wear a straped bra your tities will look better.

Depends.

I only wear a sports bra when I am working out. If I dont' I bounce all over the place, but a sports bra is not comfortable for all day wear.

a strapless bra I only wear when I need to. They rarely stay up and I'd lose my mind if I wore one all day. I constantly have to pull them up as they slide down when i wear them. So I only wear them when I have a strapless dress on.

There are a TON of different style strapped bras - different cup shapes and different strap positions, like standard or racerback. My best friend wears racer backs because the straps don't fall down her shoulders. I prefer regular strapped bras. It's all a matter of personal comfort. I suggest getting your bra sized at victoria's secret. They do it for free and wearing the RIGHT size bra is the best way to get the most comfortable bra.

A sports bra is the most comfortable for me. However, strapped bras are also comfortable. Strapless bras aren't very comfy at all.

sports if you it doesnt make you uncomfortable looking flatter. Otherwise strapped is good and gives contour, I wear strapless a lot, but if its not necessary I dont like to because it holds so tight and I always feel like I need to lift it, even when its sitting perfectly.

i would say a straped bra because they are less noticeable through your shirts and they are just more comfy i think
