Well if you hav the males in there with each other they will fight, over territory, food, and of course females. You should separate them, because believe it our not they will mate with their mother (incest) and that's probaly why you hav so many babies. try puting the female in her own cage with only the babies and keep the others separated, like teens with teen and adults with adults. but make sure you keep the mother separate. Now newborns will need to be with the mother for about 3 weeks untill they can start actually eating hard food so once they becom like 4 weeks separate them into a diifernt cages. if you only hav 4 cages try selling some mice and start there or just get these clear shoebox like cages( they cant bite throuh them because there plastic)and put them in there. I used to work at a aniimal lab and we had the same problem and this is wat we did,and it worked. I hope this helps.

Hi, the male mice are fighting because they are saying, this is my territory, when males become adults, they fight with each other..
When I worked in a pet store, I put all the males in one tank, and all the females in another, and they got along fine. Maybe if you put more than just the two together?

Natural selection...if you put males together they WILL kill each other, the same said for females. You have to keep the same sexes seperated at all times. There are no homosexual mice, there are only homicidal mice. One mouse per cage, or one fem.and one male to a cage.

males fight because they are males. they fight for food, territory, and females. it's in their nature-- there's really no way you can keep the males housed together. you'll just have to get more cages.

properly, on a brighter observe, I had 2 gerbils with this problem. one among them began getting bloodied up from the different and that that they had guy or woman places interior the cage the place they'd have their privateness (between the those climb-up places for the single getting beat up, and a various little area for the different). After a mutually as of drowsing one after the different they finally stopped scuffling with and surely grew to grow to be pals and started snuggling with one yet another. :)

Get rid of some of them... the males fight because they are trying to weed out the weakest of them...Survival of the fittest.
