Sharks can be found in very shallow water..... be careful of the Bull shark... they attack in both salt and fresh water. They have been found all the way up the Mississippi River to Illinois.. the can live in both waters very well...... they are the Sharks that attack most people in the water..anywhere.. they are world wide.

Take a swim by yourself around 5am in about 3 to 20 feet of water and I am sure they will make themselves known to you. Honestly, though sharks can be found in nearly all enviorments of the world. Even in the frigid waters of Greenland there are sharks.
