• Independent laboratory tests reveal that 4Life Transfer Factor Plus Advanced Formula boosts immune system effectiveness by raising Natural Killer cell function 437 percent. Natural Killer cells are on the front lines of your immune system.
• 4Life Transfer Factor products are featured in the 2003, 2004, and 2005 Physicians' Desk Reference For Nonprescription Drugs and Dietary Supplements, the standard supplement guide for physicians that can be found in physician offices, hospitals, and pharmacies throughout the United States.
• 4Life Transfer Factor® products have been recommended by the Russian Federation for use as immune modulators in hospitals and clinics. This historic announcement was a result of ten separate clinical trials and two experimental studies extolling the benefits of 4Life Transfer Factor products.

Be sure and get a complete blood panel too. You could be anemic or diabetic. Also make sure to get your eyes checked. frequent headaches could be due to insufficient eye correction. I have had 4 true migraines only in the past year. I consider a headache a migraine when I am extremely light sensitive, I cannot move my head an inch and it is still severe after taking 900mg of aspirin every 3 hours for 3 doses. My doctor prescribed a medication that worked incredibly well. It is a tiny pill called Maxalt. It works for 24 hours and takes the migraine away within 2 hours. I take that if aspirin does not work. Aspirin is the only thing that has ever worked for my headaches. Tylenol, Aleve, Advil all make the headache worse and the nausea worse. I don't get them too often and I can never figure out why I get them. Could be sinuses, allergies, brain spasm, who knows.

I take Topamax for my migrains, it's perscription, and you have to take it everyday, but it helps...Also, try to figure out what is causing the migrains, I learned that I just can't shop at stores like Wal Mart and Home Depot without wearing my sunglasses inside, because of the lighting in those types of stores, most flourescent light triggers a migrain for me, also if I do not get enough sleep, I am prone to get them. I get what's called an aura with my migrains, and my vision gets all distorted right before I get the head ache, it's very scary, especially if I'm driving and suddenly lose my vision. I have also found that at the very first onset of the migrain, if I lay down and close my eyes, sometimes it will go away rather quickly, not always, but sometimes. Good luck to you, having migrains is an awful thing, and effects your life in just about everyway.

You need to get checked out medically. Any form of dizziness or headaches might be fairly serious, but you can't know for sure until you get a medical opinion. Any advice you get here cannot be treated as a medical opinion in the same way as you might expect once a doctor has examined you and you have had diagnostic tests. So, if you have no insurance I'm not sure what the consequences for that may be as I'm not in the US but surely, you might go to some public hospital and get checked out there? Hope you are feeling better soon.

Okay, here you go. First you need to go see a neurologist. Trust me I have spent the last year on and off medications, the first one who got it right was a neurologist. Now over the counter in the meantime, CoQ10, it's full name is Coenzyme Q10, you can get it anywhere, sams club, walmart, target, etc. Start taking that, your doctor would most likely prescribe you take a higher dose than normal usually 300miligrams 150 in am and 150 in pm. Stay away from caffine, stress, anxiety, any and all sodas pretty much, high intakes of sugar. But definately go see a neurologist, and way before Dec..

I know this sounds dumb but in the end I found that quite simply I'd been suffering extra intense stress over a long and extended period of time and I simply NEVER realized it. In desperation it took 6 weeks enforced off work - and not a single tablet. I'd had them real bad for nearly 2 years and the break was the solution. I needed to regulate them and now they're more manageable as before. So now its back to 12hours, 6 day week and Im doin' fine!! : ) Your call.... but is it REALLY worth ignoring what seems an IMPOSSIBLE option but has brought back normality to my life.

I get migraines and dizziness from the tense muscles in my neck and shoulders. May I suggest a massage? Try a hot bath to ease the tension also. I don't know if this is your problem but it does help me.

I had a friend just go through all that she went to a well respected hospital and went through a mra...to see a closer look at the vessels in the brain. Could be a tumor or maybe something as simple as low or high blood pressure. Her eye is the major source of her pain i think her one eye's pupil doesn't dilate right....just wait for the Dr. if the pain is to bad contact them and ask what meds you can take or if you should see a specialist....good luck and hope you get things figured out.

Try changing your diet. Many foods trigger migraine such as milk, cheese, ice cream (dairy products), chocolates, citrus fruits, oods with MSG (monosodium glutamate) such as canned/noodle soups and foods with nitrates such as cold cuts, bacon, saussages, corned beef etc. Other triggers of migraine are menstral cycle, alcohol, birth control pills and caffiene.
Please note that too much medication and pain killers can cause migraine to occur or re occur.
You need to find out what specific foods give you migraine. Nitrates are no good for you because they cause cancers as well so avoid all foods with nitrates. I eat a little chocolate sometimes and I feel fine however, I had oreo yesterday and woke up with a migraine thin morning (a mild one) so I am gonna drink lots of water and take it easy today. See these links please. All the best!

Do your jaws pop? You could have TMJ..
Also you can be put on differnt medications that control seizures as a preventitive for your migraines.
Don't wait until December if you are suffereing to see a doctor. Why not see a differnt doctor and see what his/her opinion is?

got to any herbalist and get feverfew herb, the herbalist will be able to start you on a dosage and tell you how to up or lessen the herb. But you also need to let yur Doc know what you are doing and tell the herbalist ALL of the meds you are taking...this includes over the counter, supplements, vitamins ans Rx's you are taking so you don't get interactions. Stay away from every thing with caffine in it, this I am sorry to say includes Chocolate!!
