Other containers and even powders have been tried but did not do well so most are gone now. They even had tooth paste in an aerosol can. I wonder what happened to that one. There are some things people just want left the way it is.

Because a lot of pastes come in tubes, it's easier that way. Would you want bread in a can or tube?
