I think "diet" is the wrong word. I found great success with Weight Watchers. The thing with Weight Watchers is that its more of a healthy lifestyle than a diet. It's something you need to change forever, not just while you're trying to lose weight. If you do the Weight Watchers Flex Point Program (you can buy the books on ebay and do it without joining Weight Watchers), you will gradually lose weight in a healthy way and keep it off. There is no easy fix for losing weight, hon. I wish I could tell you otherwise. Good luck!

You need to learn how many calories does your body need. There are many diets out there that you can eat all groups of food and loose weight!
If you have time do some research. South Beach diet has a great cook book, also Jenny Craig's food is not bad. Now, what's good food for you? Mc Donald's? Burger King? mmm then you are in trouble, that is not good food. Learning all groups of food and how many calories you need and with some cooking skills you can enjoy good food and lose weight. Take carb blocker tablets like Lifetime Phase 2 carb control to block the starch and Chromium picolinate to burn the sugar. There are lose weight while you sleep supplements too like Rapid Thermal fat loss PM. You eat what you want and exercise when you can but you still lose weight or at least maintain it

First of all, life is wayy too short to worry if your fat. If you want to look thin and have a reputation of a nice person, SMILE all the time! Even when your sad..
Second of all, DONT DIET! Just drink water.. liek 8 glasses a day! This will allow the food in your body to be washed down and drained out.
So think about what I've said and DO NOT DIET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try eating small amounts six times a day,water,walking a little each day.Don't have to give up ggod food just eat in small amounts.

You can eat anything and everything you want...
The secret is portion control.. I eat only out of small plates and use small spoons and forks.

I've lost 50 lbs.

wat kinda good food u talkin bout? if u want cheese burgers n fries then frgt loosin weight..the imp thing is to curb ur fetish fr food.eat lotsa salads n have much water..the water wil fool ur body into thinkin ur stomach is ful.so u'l hav less cravin.i gues evry once in a while u can have some good food..n work it off

Stop consuming oily food.Take a long walk evry morning.Do skipping evryday.Drink lots of water.And i think it'll work.
