yes leave the crown of the plant in tack but remove the bottom leaves this will stop the meldlery rays sucking it in to the cambium layer all so drown the plant

Round -Up works to kill grass, not mature plants or even broadleaf weeds. It becomes neutralized when it hits the soil. Rinse plant off with 1/2 oz soap per gallon of water.
You may get some blistering on leaves, but they will fall off.
Try to read the label next time.

Mate, you can save the plant if you hose it off immediately after spraying. Even a shower of rain one or two hours after you've sprayed your yard can ruin all your work.

this all depends on the size , health, and type of plant sprayed. But usually round up will only not kill what you wanted to kill to begin with, IE. sedge

depends on when it was sprayed...if it just happened wash it off with water....maybe cut back some of the foliage and than it's just wait and see.....
