YES, sort of. Let me explain. For every 10 pounds of excess fat one carries, it is estimated that 1/4 to 1/2 inch of their penis is hidden in the pubic fat. So, if you're 50 pounds overweight (and many guys are), that's over an inch to upwards of 2 inches of your penis hidden in the excess fat. This doesn't mean your penis is shorter, or that it shrinks, just that the visible portion of it appears smaller. This is why skinny guys appear to be well hung, and fat guys appear to have tiny penises--it's an allusion. Lose weight and you'll see more of it reappear!

However I recall reading that due to excess body fat it is smaller. If you lose weight the excess fat not being in that area will actually show it to be bigger.
Again this is a recollection from some mens magazine i read a while ago. It could be completely false.

Yes its true! Wrestlers tend to have this kind of possession due to strenous exercise. The thing here is your'e satisfied. Besides, size does not matter. It's your performance and endurance that satisfy.

I think the chubbiness just makes it look small. Besides, it's not the size that matters, but how you use it.

Actually I know a number of chubby people whose 'ones' are as big as twos. You're talking about their wives or girlfriends, right? If not, then you need to enhance your vocabulary, not your penis.

No. Really overweight guys have a fat pouch that makes it look smaller...but it's still average size.

i think you cant really generalize peoples characteristics like that.
i am sure there a skinny guys with short ones too...
