Firstly it has to be the right colour according to your complexion. Use ur finger tips & apply little at a time to give an even look. After the concelar rub some face powder on it, to help for the oily skin. When putting on the face powder, make sure you put under ur jaw line & a little on the neck to prevent an evident look of the concealer & the powder. There are also face powders with concealers all in one that works beautifully that avoids cost on buying two seperate items.

Just take a dab of concealer under your eyes and rub it in with your ring finger (this finger is the gentliest to use).

Concealer doesnt have oils in it as foundations or powders...just cause under your eyes are the most sensitive and no much skin is there.

I can last all day if you let it. No rubbing it out.

Okay, from my previous experience, apply concealer ONLY to the dark spot. If you get it outside the spot it will draw more attention to it. DO NOT wear powder over your base. Just let it dry. If you use powder and think you cant live without it YOU CAN. I would have never walked out the house without powder but something in the powder like magnetizes to your slight "imperfection". We all have them. If you do it right you shouldnt have to reapply but maybe once the whole day.

firstly buy a good quality concealer which matches with your skin tone and apply it with your fingers and if your skin is oily it doesn't matter much the concealer will last for atleast 5-6 hours

I am oily too and I use Origins. Use the Matte Scientist moisturizer and the concealer. They both stay on and keep the oil at bay.

I think you should try MaryKays oil control lotion. Keeps make up in place, and keeps your face feeling fresh all day.
Try an full coverage foundation to cover your dark line. Concealer tends to be thick, and harder to apply, and blend.
