Have the days of the traditional Record store (hey when was the last time you even played a LP or 45? ) past? Have Wal-Mart & the I-pod killed the music speciality stores in general? Toy stores are already having the same type troubles...

Absolutely. The fact that Tower and other stores still sell CDs for $15.99 is horrible. Shame on them. They have not come down in price in 20 years !

Now we know it costs 25 cents for the CD and virtually nothing to burn music on it. The music artists are not getting rich on CDs (see TLC). I say screw the man, and let us DL all our music and cut out these stores, and the record company execs who are getting rich.
