Just recently did an engine swap in a 92 achieva and now the climate control wont change fron the vent. I beleive it is vacuum powered and probably isnt hooked up. Where do i find this and where does it hook up? OR any other possibilities?

sounds like your looking in the correct direction , its vacuum operated do you hear any hissing ? look real good at all the lines one at a time ok, and sort-em out and you will find it i have Faith in you if you changed the motor and that's the only thing i have faith you will find it you already know its a vacuum related syndrome take care you can spray carb cleaner around the hoses and if the motor picks up idle u found it but it will be a very small hose not the normal size hose 11/32 little bigger that a pencil lead OK, take care, also could have broken a tee when R&R the motor common thing should be mounted near the heater control valve or the a/c evaperatior look at all plastic connection one by one you find it under the hood

Go to http://www.rockauto.com , look up your '92 Oldsmobile and then look under Heat & Air Conditioning. You can see photos of most of the parts that make up the climate control system and that might help you figure out which actuator valve is not hooked up.
