If I recall correctly you need to know the weight fraction of carbon and the weight fraction of hydrogen (neglecting the hydrogen in the moisture content). Calculate the weight of carbon per kg and multiply by the cv of carbon. Do the same for the hydrogen. Subtract the latent heat of the moisture content.
