The man with the ability to distingush right from wrong, based on his desire and actions.
Desires are natural, they're not a choice, so he wouldn't be judged according to his desires. He would be judged according to what he CHOOSES to do with that desire.

It depends on the desire and the urge. Is the desire to do good? If it is, I would prefer the man who intends to do well to the person who resists doing it any day.

Depends on what the desire is. If it's a desire for another woman and he's in a relationship....then the one who resists the urge.
If it's a desire to move forward in life. Do good. Make things happen for himself and family etc and he's working to make the desires reality not just sitting around with the desire...then he is better.

I guess it depends on the desire.....passion can be a good thing..but if it is a questionable wise or good desire then the man who resists the urge shows self- control and charcter.....in his actions more so than the one who gives into any desire

hmm..interesting question! i would say that it depends...the man who resists the urge i would have more respect for...but then again a man who resists the urge can still have the desire..right??
