Letter sent recorded and signed for. I NEED to see this signature for proof of receipt by recipient, maybe for court action. The P.O say the electronic proof not available for this item. Can anyone out there help me?

If you had a return receipt or the like, sometimes it doesn't hit the on-line system right away. Wait a day or so and if it still isn't available, contact your local post office and enquire there.

That's what a Registered Letter is all about. I am not sure why they did not provide you with an adequate answer.

You could have the local Sheriff deliver it for you. That gets it there IN PERSON, from an officer of the court. Where is your deadbeat attorney in this?

A "Return Receipt" should have been requested. It does cost extra.
