Easily the Falcons.

They have two run stuffers on the D line and two very good pass rushers.

They have two very good LB's in Brooking and Hartwell.

They have 2 pro bowl DB's in Lawyer Milloy and DeAngelo Hall, and one that will knock your block off in Chris Crocker.

It is close between Atlanta and the Giants. However, I will go with the giants. They have a sick pass rush with excellent depth at DE. They have a strong LB corp and should be much improved in the secondary over last year. Demps is a beast at safety and Wilson led the team in tackles. If Webster improves on his rookie season and Madison has some juice left in the tank this could be a powerful defense.

I know preseason does not matter but this unit battered Trent green and held their #4 offense to a big fat donut! Larry Who?

Of those four Philly, The Giants front seven and the Titans have a porous defense my grand mother can run through the holes they leave when they are knocked off the ball. Atlanta is second but their secondary is weak at the safety posistion and Deangelo Williams is still learning even though he is good and Jason Webster is losing speed as he gets older. Philly is better but why is carolina not on this list?

None of the above. The Panthers and the Bears have the best defense. But if I had to pick from that list I'd say the Giants, but they only have about the 6th best in the NFL.

Philadelphia Eagles. Great blitz schemes by Defensive Coordinator Jim Johnson. Excellent cornerbacks allow the defense to attack the quarterback.

Broncos and Bears will have the best D in the League, as far as that list, I'd say the Falcons
