After giving report abuse do points are deducted from the user for his answer?

I think the Yahoo moderators review it and may take away points based on how bad they judge the answer (or question) to be.

10 points will be deducted for severe abuse

i simply recieved an email for my "abuse" (adding a comment in my question that replied to one person - violation, "chat"! Bah!). No points deducted though. Guess it depends on how bad the viloation is.
