By saying war on Lebanon, you clearly do not understand what happened. It would be correct saying war on Hezbollah. Yes, it was completely justified, how would you feel if your country was getting rocket attacks daily from some rebel group in a neighboring country?

The War on Lebanon was a good thing. Lebanon is a terrorist supporting country. Hezbollah has been using Lebanon to attack northern Israel. The world should blame the terrrorists and all the radical Islamic nations like Syria and Iran for the war on Lebanon.

Funny thing is that no war on lebanon ever happened .
IT like a police chase on tv.that goes from county to county or state to state .Israel was only going after terroists that operated out of lebanon and not lebanon .
WAS the word war ever used in the term that Israel formaly declared war on lebanon .
I think we are confused and that Israel was chasing terrorists and this was the reason that gave them the ability to bomb the hell out of lebanon.
SEE israel did not declare war on lebanon it just acted to defend itself from terrorist .In a war winners and losers retain the land in most cases and Israel would be affraid to do this .
HAD they declared war on lebanon you would of seen Iran and syria pumping weapons and support for lebanon and hezbollah .THIS way the land of Israel could be removed under a declerartion of war if hezbollah and lebanon and the other arab nations joined in .
SEE uner international laws only in the case of a declared war can the declaring party lose the land they occupy if defeated by the nation they attack .
THIS is what everyone is pushing for in the middle east in-order to get rid of Israel .

FACT: The war was not on Lebanon. It was against the HezBULLies.

FACT: It was the HezBULLies that started it.

FACT: It was the HezBULLies that ran to their mommies (UN) to get a cease fire implemented to re-arm themselves.

FACT: The UN and Lebanese government did not move the HezBULLies out of southern Lebanon nor did they prevent them from getting massive amounts of weapons from Syria and Iran. They were supposed to do this when Israel withdrew its troops from southern Lebanon years ago.

It was not a good thing .
1. Lebanon gave into an armed gang of thugs ,Hezbullah , losing control of their own country and it's borders .
2. Lebanon permitted Hezbullah to commit acts of war against another country accross an international border .
3. the international community did nothing to defend Isreal, forcing Isreal to take military action.
4. Isreal was not permited to finish the job .
Would we ( U.S. ) give control of the Mexican border to the CRIPS or BLOODS and allow them to wage war on Mexico ?
I don't think so .
