nicely the outer bands have already hit New Orleans. The worst area of the hurricane remains yet to return for them. the attention hasn't surpassed over land yet, and that's the place the worst winds of the completed hurricane are. After the attention passes over land, Gustav is estimated to decelerate and sell off super quantities of rainfall and wind on the completed Gulf Coast. Its 9:34 EDT now and Gustav is a Cat 2 hurricane with winds at one hundred ten MPH. the attention has no longer moved over land yet. purely a pair of million/2 of the hurricane is spinning over land. There are some lakes that are flooding, and which could be it for clean Orleans!
