In Britain the police do not carry guns, the people respect and are fearful of the punishments, whereas in the USA our police carry hardcore guns. The moral values of a nation have an impact on the citizens....if a nation state is ran on moral integrity their people with respect the nation state and their rules, they will work together and their nation will progress. Yet if the nation state shows little moral and integrity there will be chaos and rebellion, then they will not be able to progress together.

No. The progress of a nation relies primarily on availability of raw materials and resources.

If people of a nation dos not have moral values,and they do not cooperate,then what good is a nation anyway?right?without rules there's chaos you know..........................
