You first need to look into how your engine is getting the moisture. It's unusual for an engine to get condensation on the internal components.
Otherwise, there is no specific technique. Just start the engine and let it warm up normally.

wd-40 will take care of moisture in an around electrical parts, internal engine moisture is highly unlikely, but add some marvel mystery oil to your oil during regular oil change that should help, if your oil looks milky when checking, it could possibly be a head gasket leaking your water into your oil, of course you should see oil in your water as well. open the radiator cap when cool an check it out. good luck

There is a product called "drygas", added to the tank. Auto supply stores should have it.

start it up. is starting it a prob? Put heat lamp in and close hood carefully. don't let it touch anything burnable. a fire would dry it out 4 sure!!!!
