I think it depends on the vibe of your shop and how you want people to perceive it. SPRING FLING would be a great name for a shop that was full of flirty flowers and cutesy arrangements. DOWN TO EARTH would be a great name for a more naturalistic and organic florist that sold more flowering plants than bouquets of daisys. I think the first thing you should do is look at where the shop is and who will be shopping there. Creating a vibe that is too young or too old, too stodgy or too chic for the people you will be selling to will not serve either of you very well. Look around your neighborhood and your heart and I'm sure you will see what the shop wants to be and the name will come to you. Good luck!
