tri dissable the firewall if u think this is the pb... but allso try instaling again the camera...

the firewall stops another comp to conect 2 your comp not your cam

Ok...so what do you need to know? The firewall should have nothing to do with using your webcam. Try downloading newer drivers from the manufacturer's website.
