I heard it in a club in London about one month back. Its a very catchy tune and just this woman singing La la la la la la la la again and again.

It might be L-L-Lies by Dianna King which is vaguely reggae like and pretty hip.
Another possibility might be a bubblegummy song that sounds like Vengaboys or someone like Aqua. It's cute a bouncy. All I know is some of the inane lyrics:
