Help! I'm sexually attracted to my 15 year old daughter, what can I do?

I've been, noticing, her a lot lately, especially since it's the summer and she doesn't wear much around the house. It's gotten to the point where I've thought about accidentally walking in on her in the shower or something. I would never do anything, and she doesn't know, but for some reason i'm still bothered by it.

How can I not be attracted to her, or what can I do? I mean she's really hot, perfect body, etc.

What affect is your attention having on her? Of course she notices, and you are cheating her out of an important part of her youth. She will become distanced from her friends, and will not be able to form trusting relationships she will need to have a good life, much less a full life..

You need Psychotherapy.......
Keep reminding yourself that she is your daughter! Or maybe, send her away somewhere for a few weeks before its too late, and get treatment from a Psychologist in that time.
Asking the question here shows you know its wrong and want to take corrective steps, so the best way is to get psychiatric help, soon.

first, is she an adopted daughter of yours?

if yes, then it is quite natural to be attracted to her, since you have grown very intimate to her.

if not, then is she a stepdaughter?

if yes, then you should now that she is off limits.

I don't think, and I don't want to think, that she is your daughter by blood.

IF SHE IS (oh my gosh), then SEEK HELP. That is not normal - you should know this.

Whatever it is, consult yourself first, maybe you should assess your sexual life with your wife or girlfriend. Identify what need should be satisfied that your wife/girlfriend wasn't able to give. If you do, then tell her what you want, but don't tell her about your attraction to your daughter.
