I've read many confused things on the internet...they say hebrew, celtic, spanish...don't know...can someone help me discover the origin of this name???

The origin of the name is Hebrew and it is a variation of the word
Elan which means Tree.

It is a boy's name.

Celtic (Welsh) llan means holy, or also saint, such as, Llan Dafydd, or Saint David. Also, Llan Taf, holy well. Could be helpful...
