Nope, it is a timeshare. They offer you a really good deal to stay in one of their condos, in return you must give them your time to go through a presentation.

There are a lot of them in the area. While it sounds too good to be true, techincally it isn't, however, if you could, I would try to stay away from the timeshare presentations. They can be really long and hasseling, personally, not the way I want to spend my vacation.

looked it up on web, seems like a time share. I don't know if I would get involved unless I could go there first and view the place.
