it ' depends on your age and your daily routine. Just try to play basketball n try to jump more. There' are some kind of shoes as well which could make us tall . It's like if we walk everyday in those shoes for minimum 30 mins then after some time then there might be a chance to get taller but dont worry if ure under 18 you still got much time ... some ppl start growing a bit late like in their 18s 19s ....and some ppl start growing faster... so don't worry you still have time.
