Could someone tell me the difference between the "Emo", "Punk", and "Skater" look?

Emo from my understanding is someone who is depressed and self destructive.
Punk is more gothic and very stylish way of dressing as I guess you can say EMO is but emo is more self destructive as opposed to the PUNK look
Skater, is more grungey
