This would mean " I love you too, I embrace you with a thousand arms" and you'd be quoting 2 hip book titles as well.

i love you with all my heart. Thats what it says. I am dutch :) There is a typo in there though, it should say "Ik hou van jou met heel mijn hart'. (without the w)
