I would say, My Grandad.
yup. wierd answer i guess...but he's just my idol.
he was a basketball coach, and player as well as referee. and a professor of phys ed.
he's just this man with a whole lot of energy and you know a "glow" about him. i remeber when i was really small, he used to carry me on his shoulders and take me across the rice fields. it was the most uplifting feeling. coz he was like my superman you know.
my coach.
my teacher
my playmate
my candy-bringer
he was everything i thought a person should be. and he was one of the bravest men i knew. he was this being of so much confidence and love and he spread it to everyone around us.
i guess, this is a very personal answer for me, coz i love him alot.
and so to me, noone could be more charismatic than my grandad.

ps: i think i should answer your q's more often..hehe

I'd say the current President of Liberia, Mrs. Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf. The woman has presence. Besides being the first elected female head of state in Africa she is very smart and has the country at heart.
