I think we have won a few trophies since 2000, don't you? Oh, and you have to expect to win otherwise you have no self belief. To quote the great Bill Skankly, "A lot of football success is in the mind. You must believe that you are the best and then make sure that you are. In my time at Liverpool we always said we had the best two teams in Merseyside, Liverpool and Liverpool reserves."

They always think and say that .they do my head in!,the majority of fans are arrogant and arent even from liverpool which is a joke.this is why Everton is the peoples club and the fans are peoples people and unlike liverpool fans can take the good with the bad and im not just saying that because im a everton supporter but its true x

Where do you get your information from?
Liverpool have a record of winning trophies that every club in the premiership envy.
including Man utd, Arsenal, Chelsea!!!!!
Liverpool's record of league titles speaks for itself & in Europe all English clubs would love to be as sucsessful as Liverpool.
All premiership clubs would love to have a Trophy cabinet the size of Liverpool's.
Chelsea proberbly have a large trophy cabinet because they can afford it, but it's not much use when the've got hardly anything to put in it.
COME ON YOU REDS!!!!!

many (including me) believe that liverpool is in the process of developing new blood. younger players are bought in or taken from the youth team. they are not filthy rich so they can't afford to spend alot of money on buying a player that costs too much. they have to buy in players relatively cheap and train them, give them the advice and bring out their skills. fans believe in the manager's skills of creating a perfect team unlike some other teams (chelsea, Real Madrid) who want their manager to buy in all the superstars and realize afterwards that different superstars play different styles of football. and by that time they realise this fact the team wouldn't be winning anything for a long time

You really should be questioning ManUre fans. For years they have called the League cup the "Mickey Mouse" cup, even their manager used to field a team of reserves in the League cup because of it's so called unimportance.
How times change, Chelsea are now the team to beat and ManUre had to settle for the Mickey Mouse cup last season. I wonder if their fans are still calling it the Mickey Mouse cup now it's all they can win. Hypocritical manc scum
