early childhood is when the mind is trained up and the capacity u r born with gets shaped and moulded through education and a good home life, you continue to learn as you grow older but IQ is pretty much developed by mid to late teens, maintain what you do have by learning new things, try eating fish (esp fish oils) and leafy green veg and taking the supplement ginko biloba which can help alot...

I've heard drinking the required amount of water (8 glasses) helps the brain function better. Also, excersise your brain and train it to think better with mental excersises. It may not raise your overall IQ, but it will help.

My IQ went down as I got older.

I must assume that there is a way to increase it.

How about studying? Reading? Going to school?

hm... depends... you can doing IQ quizzes or training logical games... i think doing debate increase my IQ. its around 150+.
but ur IQ grows while growing up. i don't know ur age...if u r still in teenage years it will increase by itself.
