big goverment fat cats decided to charge all people including chickens to cross roads and other taxes they find, to pay for all the help we have to do for states around the country, we now have to pay for trailors that get damaged durring torandos in tornado ally, flood damage in florida, and earthquake damage in cali. but in ohio where this doesnt happen often we have to help pay for it!
