I'm not mathematician. I just want to know how I learn myself. And please no more typical advice as practising, practising, practising. I've known that already! LOL!! Now, what should I do besides practicing? To learn integration in practical sense?

Well if you're talking about the usual Riemann integral then no single method will work, you need to approach simultaneously and choose the best way to evaluate the integral.
Antiderivatives can get a lot messier than derivatives so a lot of people have problems with integration. Assuming I can skip the more advanced content(polar integrals, etc.) I'd recommend getting the theory behind INTEGRATION BY SUBSTITUTION, INTEGRATION BY PARTS(and resulting Reduction formula) and APPLICATIONS.
Substitution is usually the most approachable way to integrate but to use this you need to have mastered derivatives.
Integration by parts on the other hand is a form of the product rule of differentiation and with it you can easily derive repetitive integrals with reduction formulae.
Then there are trig and hyperbolic functions, they can be utilised by considering their derivatives backward, etc.
A firm grounding in differential calculus is a must!
Then ofcourse you need sufficient practice to recognise trends in problems..Unavoidable, eh?

I'm not sure what it is you're asking, here. To master methods of integration, I'm not sure what else to say other than practice.

In the practical sense, keep in mind what integration does... it finds the area of a region under a curve. If you've ever toyed with numerical analysis, you might want to check into methods of Romberg integration.

Best of luck! :-)
