That usually depends on my noisy neighbours, generally I get 7 hours a night during the week and I'm lucky if I get 3 hours a night Friday to Sunday.

4-5 any more than that and I feel groggy all day. I wish I could sleep more but the quite hours are the most productive!

Seven hours, however please consider that I am 69 years old
and sleep necessity varies with your health and daily activity.
I normally sleep 2 hours after lunch, but when I don‘t my night
sleep will average 8 hours.

5 to 6 hrs on avearge. i personally do not like sleeping. we don't have to rush it anyway. we shall sleep a long slumber when we are dead. if u sleep 8 hrs/day now, you would have slept 1 full year by the end of every 3 yrs. and imagine sleeping 25 yrs after you have lived up to 75 yrs! oh, that's terrible.:)
