my boyfriend of three years is 48 years old, love to flirt with women on internet, lives with mama, does her shopping. He acts like a kid, but i love him. Recently he did something to me, he was to have breakfast at my house, he told me to start cooking the food at a certain time. He never showed up, never called. I called him he would not answer his phone. Should i continue this relationship. I am in love with this guy, dispite his boyish ways. do you think i can change him.

You can't change him. But if you decide to get rid of him,
I do have single male friends that I could hook you up with!

MAMA'S BOY are their middle name, Narcissist is their first! THEY WILL NEVER CHANGE!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! You cannot go back and fix 6! Impossible I say! The ;psychiatrist, psychologist says....
And some on the above said "at least they treat women well"? Really? No. they're twisted little boys that HATE THEIR MOTHERS on the inside, but projects it unto you. Please don't look. It's been 10 years and three kids for me...I finally left yesterday.
Take heed.

We can never change a person, all we can do is suggest. Anyway being a mama's boy is not bad atleast you know that he respect woman. Maybe he has serious reason why he cannot answer your call or why he didnt show up. Try to be open minded. We can never find a good relatioship if we keep on looking on the bad side of our mate try to consider and keep track all of the good things he has done.

I get where you are coming from, and maybe if he were to move out of his mother's house he would be different. I really don't think you want to try to change him even though I know how frustrating it can be. You sound like you have your life in order and even though you love him, you NEED a man. You don't need to be acting like a babysitter to the MAN you love. Good luck lady!

Do u think that u need this love?
Mammy's boy's are like a worm-eaten pie
Pie look yummy, but the inside is worm
I think that u don't love him and it is just an attachment.
But if u love him so and he don't answer and never called to u?
Oh it's ridiculous!Don't waste your time! The world is so big!
Or "mummy" will be always between u and him!

you cant change him , if he still lives with mom at 48 theres cause for concern right there!..i understand you love him and its had to move on but you need to think about what it is your getting out of this relationship ,, how can you be satisfied with a man that flirts with other women ,,theres nothing wrong with a man who wants to have fun and be close to his family ,,but living at home and behaving this way can only lead to hurt for you later ..

its hard to change them.. and it never really works..
i imagine at 48 hes really set in his ways.. so if you really love him than i think you'll have to put up with his boyish ways :)
love him for who he is not what you would like him to be..
otherwise you'll just end up disapointed

Forget it, dont even bother trying....if you ever choose to get married, do you really want him to choose his mother over you? If thats the case he may as well marry her instead, give him the flick. He will never choose you over his mother... move on.
