I were watching a film called the Full Monty, and a woman in the men's toilets pulled down her nicks and weed in the trough, iv heard of other girls doing it for a laugh. if its possible why dont all women do it, im sure it would keep the queues down.

Actually depends on the device that she is peeing in to. In Bulgaria, two house bricks to stand on at about two foot apart and a drain hole in the middle - it works! But working out what to do with the panties wasn't so clever! Just had to pull them to one side!
If using a toilet pan, then it could be the reason that many men should actually sit down and 'tuck it in.' After all, their aim doesn't seem to be too great either - even though they have a bit of an advantage.

The "Lady" stands sideways onto the trough and plants her leg up the wall till she is standing at quarter past six, she then adjusts her aim by leaning up or down? When she is finished instead of giving it a good shake she she can stamp her foot.

Actually in some ancient cultures men sat down to pee and women peed standing up. I don't remember which culture(s) this was, but I think it might have been Egypt.

Most don't because of the potential 'mistakes', embarrassment and social implications.
I won't go into details (children present), but exposing the opening of the urethra will result in a stream / jet of urine without anything to impede or deflect the flow.

UMMM In a way we do pee standing up. I don't know a woman who has actually sat on a toilet seat in a public restroom in about 35-40 years!! Go ask someone else to describe it way funny!

They can, but simply don't. In Japan, the tradition toilet-type system is set into the floor and men and women alike crouch over it instead of sitting, for both pee and poo.

Women do have the ability to pee standing up, but it is much easier and not messy to pee sitting down.

Well i just came back from Reading festival and saw a lot of girls doing that as the toilet que was so long.....tho i think like other people have said it would get a bit messy.....i didn't try it, but they do need to do something about the ques for girls toilets.

Yes it's possible for women to do this standing up. I've done so.
It is too messy for me to do so on a regular basis.
