I eat 5 or 6 small meals a day. It doesn't take a lot to fill you up. I'm 5'1, about 115 lbs. I eat healthy for the most part and stay away from junk, fast food, and fried foods.

I think you correct. The problem is too many of us don't know that and indulge. The bible actually says that we should not indulge in anything, it is a sin.
