If I were to die tomorrow, I'd love to have these following:
1. Paper thosai with a piping hot cup of coffee, pulled by the server
2. Chicken murtabak (basically, Indian "pizza" with curried pieces of chicken, eggs and onions! it's fried on the big pan ;)
3. Devil's Curry (Eurasians' dish, Mumsie makes the best;)
4. My dad's simple lunch dishes - Warm white rice, fried fish, bulls eyes (fried egs, dummy!), soup which has dried tofu & mushrooms in it, with a good dash of black soya sauce!
5. Fish porridge - the best when you're sick in bed ((; Add pepper and soya sauce and you're good to go.
