The first thing I would do is give myself time to calm down, It is only normal that this would upset you.
You need to be calm, but serious while you have your little brother come into your bedroom. You should ask him why he did what he did. Ask him if he was looking for something in particular or was playing and let his imagination get out of control.

Tell your brother that a bedroom is a place where one feels safe and comfortable and that anyone that comes into that private space should have permission from the rooms occupant.

Let him know that you still Love him, but explain that "YOU DO NOT LIKE HIS ACTIONS. Explain to him how it made you feel when you entered your room. Allow him time to tell you how he feels and what emotions and reasons caused him to do what he did.

The last thing you should do is have him help pick everything up and put back in its proper place. If you treat him with understanding and respect, it might stop this behavior from ever happening again.

By having him explain what emotions and reasons caused him to mess up your room, you are actually letting him except the blame and the consequences of his behavior. It also lets him know that you are a reasonable person who is willing to listen.

Good luck!

Mummmmm! Look what the little beggar's done to my room. Then he'd have to clean everything up to my exacting eye and anything broken his piggy bank would be paying for it.

"Do you need help?"
Obviously if this were to happen, he is consumed with finding whatever it is he's looking for.
After things settle, I'd decide whether or not to have him help me clean up.
