I think Lee Haney and Ronnie Coleman are tied, but soon, the tie could be broken if Ronnie wins again. Larry Scott won the first one and the second in 1965 and 1966. Sergio Oliva won three times in 1967-9 until Arnold Schwarzenegger took over for 1970-5 and returned in 1980. I won't list all of them now.
