I am 24 yrs old, looking to get a home loan my salary is ok for approval but i dont have form 16. Is it necessary to get my form 16 and more over i didnt pay ta but going to pay from here only.

No, Form 16 is not necessary but last three years, income tax returns are necessary. Some of the home loan companies like ICICI, even that may not be necessary, You are required to convince the home loan authority that you r eligible guy, you get the loan.

If your income is OK for home loan. You should have been in the tax bracket. May be due to tax deduction, you may not be paying taxes. Check with the employer to issue F.No.16. Otherwise, Salary Certificate duly supported by latest payslip will also suffice

If your only source is that from Salary than you can get a certificate from your employer to that effect and furnish your income tax return to satisfy the Bank that you would be able to repay the loan and their loan would not get bad.
Increase your regular Bank Transactions to increase your credit rating.

Not necessay, if you are submitting a copy of I-T returns of last 3-5 yrs as applicable (differs from bank to bank) and provides sufficent collateral security, guarantor, etc. then it must be okay for getting a loan.

might be as they ask for proodf of ur Income so one can pay them back....
